Spring Recruitment 2021!

Spring Recruitment is in full swing at UW-Whitewater! We can’t wait until Bid Day on February 13th to welcome our new sisters home!

Due to CVOID-19, Alpha Sigma and other UW-Whitewater Greek Chapters are taking every precaution in facilitating students learning about Greek life in person under the University and health departments restrictions and guidance.

Southwestern Chicken 

A buttermilk marinated chicken breast, flame broiled to perfection and topped with caramelized onions, peppers, chipotle mayo, with pepper jack cheese.

Braised Beef Tenderloin Tips

Pan sautéed tenderloin tips with onions and mushrooms, simmered in a red wine sauce served over egg noodles.

Pasta Alfredo (Vegetarian)

Penne pasta tossed in a rich creamy cheesy Alfredo sauce and asiago cheese.
